About:
I have 10 years of experience recording classical, jazz, and rock music in studio and at live concerts My projects have ranged from simple audition CDs, to 16-track live recordings, to sound design for video and theater. I have helped musicians win auditions for graduate school, orchestras, competitions, a Fulbright Scholarship, and an Indie Record award for Top 25 Albums of 2007 (Scott Alexander’s album Scott Alexander Makes Friends). My recording from MTC’s Three City Dash festival is streaming on Q2, NYC’s premiere new music radio station. Through Meet The Composer I have worked with artists such as Metropolis Ensemble, Music from China, Glenn Kotche, So Percussion, ETHEL String Quartet, Alarm Will Sound, Dohee Lee, and Kati Agócs.
I hold a BM in Recording Arts and Engineering from the Peabody Conservatory of the Johns Hopkins University and interned at Avatar Studios in NYC.
