Stanford Laptop Orchestra
My good friend Sean Cunningham and I will be performing with the Stanford Laptop Orchestra via the wonders of the internet. We will be using Musician Link’s Jam Link to send/receive audio signals between my living room on the East Coast and the concert hall at Stanford. The piece is structured so that Sean and I improvise responses to audio cues sent from the concert hall. Our responses then occur in the hall alongside the laptop orchestra.
Read an article about the Stanford Laptop Orchestra here.

The results will be premiered and recorded in 2011 alongside Lori Laitman’s I Never Saw Another Butterfly. Learn more about the project at http://emergingvoicesproject.blogspot.com/.
